Electromax Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for all products, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  • We strongly recommend recording a brief unboxing video upon delivery to help document the product’s initial condition.

Reporting Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact Electromax within 24 hours, including your invoice and video/photo evidence.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Message our support team (via email or WhatsApp) with:
    • Order number
    • Delivery date
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or video (especially for damaged products)
  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours to guide your return process or arrange a pickup.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer covers return shipping costs, except when damage due to delivery is confirmed.
  • In verified damaged cases, Electromax will cover the return shipping cost and coordinate the pickup.

Inspection & Resolution

  • We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt.
  • If damage stems from delivery or a manufacturing defect:
    • Electromax assumes shipping costs.
    • You can choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
  • For eligible but undamaged returns, you may select:
    • Full refund (minus shipping cost), or
    • Replacement, subject to stock.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any bank or currency conversion charges are passed to the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Electromax may, at its discretion, offer change-of-mind returns.
  • These are considered on a case-by-case basis, potentially via store credit or replacement, subject to internal policy.
