Electromax Shipping Policy

At Electromax, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and affordably across Pakistan. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time depends on your location:
    • Major cities: 2–4 business days
    • Smaller cities/towns: 3–6 business days

During sales, launches, or public holidays, delivery times may extend slightly.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is currently offered on all Electromax products, nationwide.
  • No minimum order value is required, this offer is valid for a limited time as part of our launch campaign.
  • In the future, shipping rates (if applicable) will be calculated based on product weight and destination, and shown clearly at checkout.
  • For large items such as air coolers, any applicable logistics charges will also be disclosed prior to order confirmation — currently, these are waived under our free shipping policy.

Order Confirmation

Before dispatching your order, a member of our team will call you to confirm your order details and delivery readiness.

  • We will attempt to call you up to three times at the phone number provided at checkout.
  • If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your order will be placed on hold.
  • You will then need to contact us directly to reconfirm and release your order for delivery.

Once your order is successfully delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.

Delivery Partners

We work with Leopards Courier Services and other trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable, nationwide delivery of your Electromax products.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
  • A tracking link to the respective courier’s website, so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time

Each delivery partner operates their own tracking system for transparency and convenience.

If you experience any issues with tracking or your parcel appears delayed, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and location details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or failure.

If you need to update your address before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delivery Attempt Policy

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be charged separately.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears physically damaged upon arrival:

  • Do not accept the parcel until you take photos of the damage.
  • Inform us within 24 hours with your invoice and image/video proof.

This will help us file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement if needed.

Remote or Restricted Areas

In case your area is beyond standard courier coverage, our team may contact you to:

  • Offer alternative delivery options
  • Arrange pickup from the nearest hub

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been successfully delivered.
