Introduction
Welcome to Electromax.pk (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all transactions made through it. By accessing or placing an order with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.
Eligibility
To make purchases on Electromax.pk, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
Product Information and Pricing
We strive to ensure all product details, images, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or modify prices without prior notice. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp. This does not constitute final acceptance. We may cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Invalid payment
- Suspected fraud or policy violation
You may also request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash on delivery (COD). Orders will only be processed once full payment (except for COD) is received and verified.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Site.
Key points include:
- 7-day return window for unused items
- Mandatory reporting of damaged items within 24 hours
- Return shipping costs borne by the customer (except in verified damaged cases)
Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer-backed warranty (typically 2 years). Warranty claims can be submitted through our Warranty Claim Form.

All content on Electromax.pk — including product images, logos, text, graphics, and videos — is the property of Electromax or its partners and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Electromax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the order in question.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with site security or access other users’ information
- Provide false or misleading information
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
